3 miles on the tread at jefferson and finally averaged under 10 minute mile while simultaneously feeling like i coulda gone a little further and a little faster. although my aching back is now paying for it! either a rest day or swimming tomorrow i think. 1st day of anesthesia...and i feel quite certain i'm too weak to intubate. should be a fun 3 weeks then ;)
