motivation lacking to go run or other adventerous gymmish things - so i'm starting out slower - and doing some on-demand videos! today i did holly's and kendra's videos. yes, that holly and kendra. my show isn't on every sunday right now (stupid simple life crap), so i can get my fill this way while trying to work my flexibility and muscles back into better shape so that the running feels better on my body :) yay!
