my plan is to definitely up the amount of workouts per week (ie 1). today was another treadmill workout - 1 mile at 6, 1.25 at 6.5 and about 6.4 for the last .75 miles, for a total of 3. broad street WILL happen!

    Wow, that's a 50% mileage increase in a week. Higdon starts in a week!!
