i decided to unretire today b/c i finally a) felt good and b) was motivated enough to run. plus it was perfect fall running weather, as evidenced by the scores of other people out and about. so i ran about a 35er out river road, around the art museum, some stairs, and back. nice stretch of the legs, although i doubt i'm going to be able to be consistent what with it about to get dark super early and the coldness. oh well, guess it's bike season...
