another day, another exam!
5 and a quarter in 40 at 0.5%. felt alright but now of course, i have a giant blister on the bottom of my foot from my cute shoes (from friday night) that refills each time i run. bah! but on the bright side, i'm performing lots of surgeries on it! sterilized of course...
nate, i'll post my tour thoughts tomorrow or friday when i have more of a chance to really think it thru. ulrich is my fav in general, but i don't know about his tour prospects, although i'd like to see him get another one!

heh. i have to admit, i felt bad for ullrich when he got burned by armstrong in the first time trial last summer, and then when vinokourov's performance made his title of "leader" kind of a joke... maybe this will be his year.
did you see that armstrong is running the nyc marathon?

but in jan's defense, he smoked all but lance in the final time trial. and vinokourov i couldn't believe - lance would never have stood for his un-team-like conduct. the man was clearly out for himself, which is fine, but since the team wasn't built around him (ala postal or discovery), i thought it was inappropriate and belittling to jan and rude to the rest of the team who did the jobs they were supposed to be doing. obviously, i heart jan!!!
