EAGLES!

45 minute run - out to the first bridge and a bit of center city. not much though, still feeling pretty slow, but just wanted to be sure to stretch the legs a bit.
one of my goals, which i haven't listed b/c i'm not sure about the marathon anymore (and in that case, the goals are probably moo), is to get back to weekend runs of over an hour. shouldn't be a tough one to catch!

    How can goals be moo?

    I want to run with you on the weekends! Only a few more weekends away left, then maybe some semblancy of normalcy will be restored.

    ok, we'll do it! maybe after we do the imax on saturday? maybe sunday too?? although they can't both be long runs, i'll be paying for that...
    moo, you know, like a cow's opinion. it just doesn't matter. it's moo :o)
