"paced" for 4 miles on the tread b/c i was too lazy to run while it was still light and pretty out :) 30:30, which is right where i want to be b/c i felt good doing it. now i am ravenous - must go eat!

    Thanks for the advice. I guess the problem is that I just get up and go lift so I am at the gym about 20-30 minutes after I wake up. I usually lift for about 30-45 minutes, about how many calories do you think I should eat when I get up? I will also pay more attention to my breathing. Good luck with your training.
