listening
5 at 1% incline. i feel like i may be doing too much, but everyone says to listen to my body and it'll tell me if i am. so far it's been really happy, so i'm going with it. will be a lighter week regardless b/c it's test week, so that should give my muscles some time to chill out.

there's a whole article in this month's RW about making sure your body has enough time to rest because you get stronger when you're resting as opposed to while you're working out, but they say not to be afraid of those times you feel it. Go girl!
