i don't get it, but i love it

so i haven't enjoyed running in about 8 yrs. it's been tedious and painful and i never felt like i was making any progress. and just now i did 4 miles in 33 min and ran 3 of them in 24. what is going on?! i feel great, i feel like i could just go. it's really a great feeling - i'm starting to remember why i loved this sport. here's to broad street - it looks like it may be a reality!!

    kate, you rock!!! how's the knee? just be careful to warm it up. are you doing some stability weights for it too? we need to think long term here, 3 months!
