late night

5 on the treadster, miles 2 and 4 went hard. felt really great, but thought it important to do the mile intervals. heart rate was about 85% i think at the end, but dropped to 60% within a few minutes of walking, so i think that's about right.

marathon!

    Wow, you've run a marathon? That's nuts!? Do you have to do your route everyday on that thing or does it automatically do it for you? Keep it up, girl!

    impressive kate! five miles in one shot! i'm attempting my first speed work of this training round tonight...
