2 in a row!

another 3 miles on the treadmill, went a little faster, ave maybe 6.4. sit-ups and light arms afterwards. don't want to overdo it too soon, but it feels good so far.

    we're starting at almost exactly the same place!! we can do it! it is so hard to make myself run when i'm stressed about classes or lab and i just want to keep working, but it always makes me feel better.
