back at it
went for a run, forgot my watch so no idea how long, but went out to the first bridge. felt really slow. i've only taken a week off from working out, but i think it's been longer with running...and i could tell. well, just have to re-motivate myself to workout most days otherwise the triathlon is going to be painful with a capital P. amazing how fast you lose it...i am assuming that i will regain it just as fast though!

i didn't think so either, but i sucked at swimming today too - come on muscles!!
