another beautiful morning, an even better run. no idea how far b/c i'm too lazy to google and forgot a watch to time it, but ran out to franklin field via walnut street, 2 miles on the track, then back via south street. maybe 3.5-4ish...starting to feel less slow. if this keeps up maybe i'll start training again and join cara for the half, but probably not. ha.

post 2
ran the art museum loop as usual with cara, did the 4.5 mile version. we passed a bunch of people, which is a plus in my book! gooooorgeous day out today, so glad to be out there!
went for about a 3.5-er in my estimation around delaware near the hotel. still put off by having to pay to run in their state parks, but more so because i dont' feel like taking the time to drive and find them...i'd rather use that time to sleep...or do other things :)

i was going to write that i felt like crap today, then realized that it really is all relative. when i was in super great shape around broad street time, i still thought i felt like crap. now i know that maybe i felt like crap, but i was running pretty damn fast. now i feel like crap and am slower. oh well. motivation!!
42 minutes, the normal art museum loop out to the first bridge and back. hopefully got some color :)
hoping hoping hoping that i don't have call wednesday...and that does mean what you (hopefully) think it means girls :)

literally
ran to wawa to get money, ran back to the watch place to pay them, ran to jefferson to buy some shoes. walked back. did some biking out on the schuykill, carolyn's making some great progress!! that's about it for today sadly, b/c i am wiped. gotta step it back up during the week. i actually had time to do it but it was just so f'ing hot out there that i couldn't imagine walking, let alone running in it. probably a good choice...but i aim to be making some serious changes this week.
