nothing much
just continuing to do some videos, build up some strength and flexibility. looks like the half is definitely out - but i definitely want to make some new fitness goals after talking with cara this morning. so inspired by becky and everything she's doing as well! but after this month i think my schedule will be waaaay easier for the rest of the year, excluding when i have interviews (which i think will be a bit of a crazy, but very good time). so i'll have time for working out but still no gym during those colder months. i think i still have your email becky with all the different events you were considering doing...that should be a good starting place for me to pick something before all hell breaks loose when i start residency! ooh, i'm getting excited!
